It's "Once Upon A Dream", from the musical Jekyll and Hyde. The song starts at 2:14, and that's the best clip i could find...so just wait a bit and then you can skip to it. And yes, that's David Hasslehoff playing Jekyll.

EDIT: dA's being a jerk. Just search Jekyll and Hyde: Part 11 or something.
